Looking for Value? Look to Lynchburg, Ohio!

I've worked with a considerable number of first time home buyers over the past year and I can tell you that they are amongst the most savvy buyers in the market. I think this has a lot to do with the age of your typical first time home buyer (25 - 35 years old) and the fact that our generation has mastered to use of information to collect and analyze information. First time home buyers will utilize the web to view pictures, prices, and information on literally every available home in the market. Sales prices are the biggest factor that I've seen in whether or not a home sells. I've been marketing my services to the Lynchburg Ohio area recently and have a couple listings coming up that provide plenty of bang for the buck.

My first listing is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a large attached garage. It needs a little work, but the seller is willing do some of that for the right offer. It's located in Lynchburg and can be viewed on short notice. Here are some pictures...

Asking price on this is $75,000. I'll be listing another one in Lynchburg soon, that should also be in that price range. If you know someone that would be interested in this or another one in this area have them call me at 937-205-0171.

Why Real Estate?

I have been asked, "why did I choose to be a Realtor?" It's a fair question. After all, I have a background and a bachelors degree in Information Technology. Well, it's definitely a lifestyle decision. And, no, I don't mean to portray an exaggerated view of  the lavish lifestyle of us Realtors. In fact, it's a tough job. When times are good the income potential is unlimited, but the there many economic factors that come into play as well as cold winter months during which business isn't necessarily booming. I do this because I am aspiring to be self sufficient, unreliant upon an employer to provide for me and my family, and I enjoy the freedom of being self employed. It's also because I believe that I can do this better than anybody else. Real Estate is a customer service oriented business. I've always excelled at customer service and have always been know as a hard worker and an extremely reliable person. And what more could you ask from the person who is to assist you in one of the biggest decisions that you will ever make (purchasing a new home) than someone who will work hard, treat you right, and always be there for you.
